Mitchell and Vincent Folk Duo

In late September Brentor Community Trust were delighted to book West Country folk duo Mitchell and Vincent to play at the village hall.  

Both musicians were very accomplished and unsurprisingly their fiddle and guitar playing has been described by Acoustic magazine as, “Stunning”,

while Bright Young Folk praised their music for, “Providing skilled arrangements and expert delivery of tunes and songs which showcase the vibrancy, and variety, of folk music across Britain.

A thoroughly engaging and enjoyable experience.”

Sadly, audience numbers were disappointing (due mainly to a clash with a rather exciting Rugby World Cup match on the telly) but those who did attend were treated to a delightful evening of folk songs from all over the world.
