50s / 60s Rock ‘n Roll

On Friday 26th April, the Tavistock Edge Singers came to entertain us at the Village Hall. Their medley of Rock ‘n Roll songs, accompanied by guitars, clarinet, drum and tambourine was truly uplifting. Many people joined in, lots of feet and hands tapped to the rhythm and everybody smiled when the melodies brought back memories of youth!

The committee had prepared a beautiful buffet which was enjoyed by all during the interval.

The event was free of charge but it raised over £100 in donations for the Ukraine support fund.

Those who did not attend missed a heartwarming community evening.
